Our juices are produced exactly as ordered which in turn means that we also order our ingredients exactly as needed.  This therefore means that all orders must be placed by 12.00pm the day prior to delivery (except over weekends).

Any cancellation requests must be sent to support@vitalisecleanse.com 48 hours prior to delivery.  We do not guarantee a refund if you change your mind about your order, however we will do whatever we can to assist you if this happens. From the time your first choice of flavour may not be available.  If this happens we reserve the right to substitute juice flavours and will contact you so you may give us your second choice.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, we will call the number provided when booking the order to make other arrangements, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available on this number. If we are unable to deliver in such circumstances, we reserve the right to charge you for that cleanse in any event.

As our juices are Raw, and cold-pressed, they should not be left out of the refrigerator for any more than 2 hours. Please ensure that you refrigerate the juices as soon as possible.

We will deliver to your address as stated when you setup your account with us or update that address. It is your responsibility to make suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and give appropriate instructions.  You are also responsible for ensuring that delivery points given for work addresses are acceptable to your employer for personal deliveries.

In the event that your delivery is stolen from your doorstep, or other place specified to us or is damaged while there, we do not accept liability and we offer compensation only at our discretion.

In the event that we are unable to deliver to you or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, strikes, vehicle breakdown or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience this may cause.

We will not charge you for products that we have not delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.  Otherwise our liability in respect of incorrect delivery is limited to the price of your cleanse.

Changes of your delivery address must be notified to us within our order deadline.  We are not obliged to accommodate late changes to your delivery address.

We do not guarantee delivery times.  All timings are indicative only.

In the event that you are unable to accept delivery in person, you must provide us with an alternative contact person available to receive your delivery.
